  I am a young, enthusiastic REALTOR, with some unique advantages that I put to work for my clients. I have been active in the Residential Real Estate market for over 7 years.  But I have gained more experience than many other agents in that time because I am part of a very successful real estate team. The team is lead by my father, Dominic Cardone who is a great model to follow since he has been a REALTOR for 27+ years and has consistently been at the forefront of changes in real estate law, contracts, education, and practices. Working with my father has enabled me to work with a large sales volume, exposed me to many professional challenges, and given me a chance to be involved in and informed about many of the more complex issues of our industry, including short sales. The knowledge I’ve gained from this is always valuable to my clients.

  
  Besides my extensive experience in Real Estate, I bring many other qualities and skills to my job that also help me give my clients exceptional service. I have a degree in French and English Literature from Georgetown University which gave me an important foundation in analytical skills, hard work, and communication skills. I speak French fluently and have been exposed to many other languages as well. I also traveled to several different counties for extended trips. This gives me a cultural awareness that makes me comfortable and competent to do business with people of different cultural backgrounds and different ages. I learn quickly and constantly, so I adapt well to a changing market.  I am the oldest of 10 children, which makes me good at cooperating with other people, but also good at taking responsibility and standing up for my, or my clients interests. I have lived almost all my life in the same area I now serve as a REALTOR, so I know it very well and my whole family is a testimony to the quality of life here. I am a full time REALTOR and I do my job with the utmost professionalism and diligence. But I still find time to appreciate the lighter side of life in travel, skiing, reading, riding horses, kayaking, knitting and other hobbies. I believe all this comes together in the well rounded, unbeatable, personal service I strive to provide every one of my clients.
